Scientist | Make-up Artist | Blogger | Creator of Arttitude Studios Luxury Cosmetics
Hi my loves, welcome to my blog!
Those of you that know me, will have probably seen me as a senior make-up artist at bookings, or will be familiar with my face through Instagram.
I wanted to create a blog, that adds a little bit more of a personal touch to the brand, so you can get to know a little bit more about me, and about the creators of Arttitude Studios.
I am a full time scientist in Haematology, currently training to be a clinical scientist on the Scientist Training Programme (STP). I'm not sure if other STP's will ever see this blog, but I will try and include any STP survival tips, general revision tips and anything else that I feel might be helpful for anyone out there!
However this will mostly be a beauty blog, where I share my favourite tips and tricks, product reviews, skincare advice and just anything else that I love! I will try to update this as much as possible, but juggling the STP, with my Masters as part of the training is a huge commitment, but I really want to try and dedicate more time to blogging, and sharing my favourite tips with you guys!
Arttitude Studios, was developed as a mother and daughter team, but we have now expanded to include many other make-up artists who we have trained ourselves, at the studio If you want to find out more about the team visit our 'About the Artists' section. My mum (Asfa) initially trained in hair and beauty whilst I was still doing my GCSE's! She discovered her passion and love for make-up and carried out extensive training in make-up artistry, before starting to work as a freelance make-up artist. This is way before make-up was such a big trend, before highlighter and eyebrows were even a thing!
Since then, the company has only grown from strength to strength, and despite being a full-time scientist who has to dedicate most of my life to my training, because of my mum, beauty and make-up has always been a huge part of my life! I have so many inside tips and tricks, tried millions of different products and treatments over the years, I finally decided I want to share this with you all.
I hope some of you enjoy reading my blog, and that some of my reviews and tips are helpful! I want to help as many of you beauties as I can, with 100% honest product and treatment reviews, my personal favourite treatments, and things you should absolutely avoid! As well as the odd revision tips/STP survival every now and then.
Lots of love
